Balloting day from 12:00pm till 5:00pm (a citizen's death, the NP depute is making a dress and the chiefs of balls are also sewing, the revival of Ingy Aflaton and the fabrication of an abuse case against the watch's coordinator in El Sharkya) Within the framework of the Democracy Status watch, it has followed up the balloting day, and now from 12:00 pm till 5:00 pm, a sorry accident has taken place when citizen, Ahmed Abdel Salam Ghanem, was killed during the exchange of gunfire between the NP candidate and an Indepenedent candidate in El Hesenya center in El Sharkya governorate. Also the prime investigator of Faqous had fabricated an abuse summon against the Watch's coordinator at El Sharkya, whereby he filed a complaint to the police claiming that Mohamed El lak (the Watch's coordinator) had abused some of the NP bullies
while they were the ones who aggressed him that day's morning, trying to force him not to file a complaint against them. This complaint has not been investigated in yet. A complaint had been filed by telegraph by the Democracy Status Watch to the general depute and the head of the elections' High Committee to investigate in this incident and others where the monitors have gone through during the balloting day:The watch's indicators came as follows :El Fayoum In Minia El Hytt village, there is a strong presence of a Muslim Brotherhood candidate and also a strong Labor's candidate All the village's balls have intense national security to prevent the electors from reaching to their polling stationsIn Minia El Hytt primary School polling place, Officer Sameh El Agamany, prevented the monitors from entering the polling stationsThere are no candidate delegates but those of the NP candidatesIn Atfa center, there is a strong presence of the Brotherhood candidate, Othman Diab, the areas of his power are, El Ga'afra, Minia El Hytt, Tatton village. These places were closed by the security and the electors and observers were prevented from reaching the polling stations, except some National Party known members were let in to give their voteMilliardare and business man, NP candidate, Mamdouh Salah Seleim, diverted from the highly priced publicity as done in the People's Assembly elections and instead he turned to electoral briberies. He also paid 5 thousands pounds to the disadvantaged from a fire that happened in El Kudos gallery (youth's products), those disadvantaged were 4o peopleGreat disasters happened to the elections stock market as they were no longer needed in this electoral atmosphere were the electors cant even reach their polling stations to give their votesPolice officers have violently attacked one of the followers of the Brotherhood candidate, Othman DiabThe children of the late Shykh Abdel Tawab, the leading figure of the Muslim Brotherhood, have gathered the public to vote for the Brotherhood candidate, Othman Diab, which created a huge disputeIn Abu Gandier village, the tribal and familial dispute is heated, especially between El Ruby Family, represented by El Ruby Ali El Ruby, Independent candidate, and Yaser Abdel Tawab Salouma, an ex-police officer, as an Independent peasant candidate, and Kamal Fysel, NP labor candidate. The conflict is very intense and it is suspected to reach violent confrontations, yet the security presence is very weak and the polling stations are easily entered. Both El Ruby and Yaser Salouma were cautioned against fabricating the votes in case the fabrication happened in Bandr El Fayoum in favor of NP candidates, Mamdouh Salah and Maier Kamal Fysel NP candidates, Hany Sief El Nasr, who won by recommendation in the second district and general Abdel A'kyed Abied, who won by recommendation in the third district, gathered their followers for the sake of consolidating with Bandr El Fayoum's NP candidate, in a show for the NP's power:Faqous and Abu HamadAfter the assault against the watch's observer, he was headed to Faqous police station to file a report which was denied and so he went to the head of Faqous partial prosecution who also denied his motion and finally he presented a demand to the attorney general that has not been answered yetNP labor candidate, Abdel Rahman Yakoub, has been filed against in El Safah, for having a commercial file, having mineral tabs factory, the motion against him has been accepted, yet he demanded suspending the executionPhosphoric ink and the curtains are availableVery low rate of presence in Molhaket El Mo'alemeen School, polling stations number, 846 till 850, and Bandr Faqous secondary school for girls, polling stations number, 851 till 860, the votes inside the boxes were 2 out of 835 till 12:30 pm. In El fatah School in Bandr Faqous and El Mansha'a School, there was only one vote up till 1:00 pmIt was noticed that most of the NP delegates in the balls were ex-officers:El Mahala, Second districtIn all balls there are policemen in their uniforms in the polling stations and in the hall waysVoting in the female polling stations in the villages takes place outside the curtains and without signing the electors' roll calls, for the benefit of the NP candidateIn some polling stations there were not enough voting cardsThere has been a constant publicity using huge trucks all day for the benefit of the NP candidates, Gamal Shaheen and Sameh El Sa'dawy, and Independent NP candidate, Gamal Wahdan, and Independent candidate, Dr. Abdullah El HanafawyIn the city the presence does not exceed 3% and in the villages it ranges between 10 to 15 % except in Minia El Basal village were it reached to 30% due to collective voting, and brining the women from the fields:AsyoutIn polling stations number 229 (female polling station) in El Takamel hospital, fabrication of votes takes place, as the NP member in the polling stations signs for the electors and the chief of ball sits still, and as the watch's monitor was to register this incident, the member had the intention to get into a fight with him Voting ID with the elector's name and the NP candidate's name are being distributedUp till 1:00pm no body went to vote in polling station 230 in El Takamel hospital, and in polling station 228 where there were only 2 votesThere are no delegates but those of the NP, and in some balls there are no delegates at all:Shobra El Khyma and Kalyoub The monitors were not allowed inside the polling stationsVery low voting, only two votes in every box
An officer at the polling stations forbade any monitor of the civil society to enterThe electoral process is peaceful as there is no competition with the NP candidateThere is no sign that judges have been to the balls:El Mania and Samalout In the polling room 489, in El Tawfikia School there is certain arrangements between officer Esam and the chief of the polling station to fabricate the votes in favor of the NP candidates In polling station 484, the NP candidate's delegate, Nagieb El Sherie'y, voted three times in front of the watch's monitorIn polling station 485, it has been noticed that the electors' roll call is all signedIn Taha village, while the monitor was taking some notes about polling station 301, police officer Kamal Wagdy came in, took the paper and tired it apart. He then threw the monitor outside, and locked the polling station for 2 hours from 1:30 pm till 3:30pm:Suez In Salah Nesiem School, Ataka's zone, in polling stations number, 172, 173, and 174, electors were forced to vote outside the curtains to make sure that they are voting for the NP candidateEl Azraa church in El Arbe'en rented micro buses number, 2148 and 4535 to transfer the electors from their houses to vote for the NP candidate, Samah Fahmy, this process was under taken by the church's minister and he observed the polling stations in a private car number 1196 Suez In El Nasr School in El Arbe'en, a Brotherhood candidate's delegate was thrown out of polling station 84Public vehicle number, 14\608 helped the NP candidate, Samah Fahmy, by transferring the electors to the election's places, in El Safah medical center, in Ataka's zone in polling stations number, 186 and 187Brotherhood candidate Mahmoud Emam was prevented from voting in his polling place in Bor FoadMahmoud Mahmoud Mohamed, Mohamed Abdullah Awed, and Nagy El Soghyr were evacuated from the balls though they have signed retainers from their Brotherhood candidate and held in custody in the School's playground, till the watch's monitor intervened with the officer to free themPetro-jet Company rented 20 mini buses through el Ghazaly's office to transfer the electors for the benefit of the NP candidate, Samah Fahmy, some of these cars had licenses number, 906 Alexandria and 425 SuezIn the new secondary Suez School for girls, in ball number 30 at the time when Mr. Saad Khalifa People's Assembly's member and the delegates of Elsaid Ra'fat (Brotherhood) were passing, it has been noticed that Mohamed Abdullah was behind the curtains with a number of election cards and when he got caught, the chief of polling station interfered and took the cards and put them with the ones not yet signed. The chief refused to report the incident and so Mr. Saad Khalifa contacted the chief of the main committee in Cairo who promised to send someone to report the incident:EmbabaIn Abu Bakr School, the bullies refuse to let the electors in and beat everyone up and insult them. The ironical thing is that, an elector brought with him a national security officer who is an acquaintance, yet they were both prevented from entering. This happened in the presence of policemen who did nothingIn El Galatna village, electors and candidates were prevented from entering the polling stations except the NP candidates and all the polling places were surrounded with intense security which caused the electors to demonstrate. These demonstrations were dealt with by violenceIn El Waraq, monitors were prevented from entering the polling stations. A car number 2599 Giza travels was witnessed transferring people in groupsIn front of Khalid Eben El Walid School, bullies were beating the monitorsIn El Manashy, monitors were prevented and all the roads leading to the electoral places were surrounded. The delegates of the candidates, Said Saleh and Mohamed Saber, said that the boxes were filled insideIn El Kerdasa village in Embaba secondary industrial school polling stations, there is not much voting presence, that there has not been but 2 votes till 1:00pmThe Independent NP candidate Mohamed Saber, lead a demonstration of 3000 individuals to enter the polling stations to vote after knowing that the votes were being fabricated in favor of the NP candidate Tawfiq Shokier, the national security has beaten up the demonstrators and over ruled the demonstration:El Basateen and Dar El SalamIn Cairo Architecture School and Ahmed Oraby Primary School, all the electors vote with the red card which was designed by Ahmed Salama, the NP candidate, the NP delegate also brought a group of people to vote and watched them and then gave them moneyThere were cars bringing citizens from Khyrat ranch, Dar El Salam Island, Abu Ashraf area, Abu Talab area, and El Gesr Street in El Basateen for the benefit of the NP Independent candidate Mokhtar Rashad. Every elector was publicly given 30 pounds to voteIn The architecture school in Dar El Salam, there were intense conflict between NP candidate, Ahmed Salama's followers and those of Independent business candidate, Mokhtar Rashad, were bullies with white weapons without the interference of the policemen who just stood there watching Ahmed Salama's signs were torn apart from in front of the balloting roomsThe statistics shows that the bribery level from Candidate Ahmed Salama's followers to women in El Khidawy School from 30 pounds in the morning to 100 pounds at the end of the day
In Othman Eben Afan School and El Salam Primary Common School, the NP delegates control the female polling stations. It happens as collective voting, without Electoral IDs, and without identifying the personal IDs of the electors, and without making them use the phosphoric ink
In the area of the Jews Symmetry, and Om Sultan's coven, women receive 30 pounds from the NP candidate, Ahmed Salama. In Road El farag primary School, security men refused to let the monitors to the balloting center, and in Maspyro's ball, a police officer threw the observers after 5 minutes saying that is enough for themBack to life was the artist Ingy Aflaton, as the observer noticed her name in the roll call of the Chemistry Department ball In the polling stations of the seventh district: El Madrasa El Fekrya, Nasr City Namothagya School and the Common Tourism Secondary SchoolPresence rate up till 1:00pm was about 2%There is no candidate or candidates' followers except those of the NPPublicity on the Schools' doors and in the balls belongs to the NP candidateNothing is respected even the curtains that separate the voting places are either not there or merely for appearanceIn El Madrasa El Fekrya, the local council's member and the NP member Mr. Magdy Abdel Rasheed, bullies all the observers and the chiefs of the polling stations and acts as the owner of the whole process and disregards everyone specially the observers of the civil society organizationsThe electoral boxes contain votes ranging from 1 vote to 10 votes maximumThe chief of polling stations in Nasr City Namothagya School is himself the secretary of the companies of the NPThere is no sign that the people are aware that there is elections as a wholeThe companies' cars bring the women in small grouping with reasonable time intervals (Nasr City Namothagya School):DamanhourIn the agriculture Secondary School in Damanhour, an NP candidate member called, Madyha Abu Shaqra, brought women working in the health department in buses to voteThe dean of the law and legislation college in Damanhour, Dr. Hamdy Shelby, used his son's car licensed 501 Byhara private to give away snacks to the polling stations' employees, the inspectors and the NP delegatesThe voting rate was very low till 12:00pm that in some boxes there were only 4 votes, where as in other polling stations the voting rate was high due to the collective voting by the employers of the health department to vote for the NP candidatesIt was noticed that some of the NP delegates had nothing to do with the party and that they were brought through the prime investigator of Damanhour police departmentObservers were prevented from entering most of the polling stations due to different reasons; one is that there was no "Shura elections" on their cardsIn Shobra Damanhour village, there is ink and curtains, there is low security presence, all the delegates are from the NP, and there were not more than 10 people in the polling stations up till 1:00pmThe depute of the Brotherhood candidate, Hosny Omar, filed reports to the attorney general that fabrication of votes has been taking place, but the attorney refused to accept these reports and so the depute had to send them through a baler to the attorney general to accept themBoth Brotherhood candidate, Hasan Gad and Independent Peasant candidate, Mabrouk Zaeter, filed reports to the attorney general about the fabrication of votes after the chief of the main ball refused to consider their complaints and so they sent warnings with a baler to the chief of the main ball and the attorney general demanding them to investigate their motionsIn Ahmed Moharam Parliamentry School, there are bullies evacuating any elector with the presence of the policemen and their blessingChiefs and supervisors of the branched balls in El Zkhrafya Artistic School and Abdullah El Nadiem School complained to the EACPE's observers about the atmosphere and the way the NP delegates and the security service treats them. They also complained about how they were forced to leave their jobs in the departments of (electricity, water and water drains) in Alexandria and shipped in inhumane ways without any means of comfort to supervise the elections in El Bahyra according to the orders of the ministry of internal affairs, they spent the night in the Mosques as there were no prepared places for them. The delegates of the NP gave every 5 individuals a meal and when they complained he treated them with disdain and said that they were blessed to have the meal :Bab El Sha'eryaThe black comedy presented itself in Bab El Sha'erya School in polling station 234, when officers in civilian clothes threw out the watch's monitors, locked the polling stations and left the NP delegate inside by herself. When the observer demand to know what she was doing inside, he was ironically answered that she was sewing a dress and when then asked about the presence f male chiefs of polling stations around he was replied that they were the dressmakers !! The polling stations were locked from 2:20pm until 3:00pm when the monitor left due to the NP delegates and security men abusing themThe NP delegates distributed fancy meals and cigarettes to the chiefs of polling stations 229 till 234, the chiefs were thus easy with the delegates in the fabrication process, and there were also publicity material inside the school for the benefit of the NP candidateIn the polling place in El Nasser primary School, one of the delegates of the NP candidate, Mohamed Rageb, voted for one of the electors who were illiterate. The delegate threw out the EACPE's monitor without the interference of the chiefs of balls or the policemen:AlexandriaIn El Sadat School in Isis Street, it has been noticed that there was no phosphoric inkIn Zein El Abedien School in Moharm Beck Street, in polling station 41, boxes are behind the curtains and not in front of the chief of the ballIn Ali Khater Secondary School in Moharm Beck and also in Abies School, the observers were prevented from entering the polling stationsIt has been noticed that in Zein El Abedien Primary School and in Tawfiq El Hakim Parliamentary School, there were boxes with no votes at all The observers of the civil society organizations have been prevented from entering Dar El Hakema Secondary School, under the claim that the governor will vote in it:Mytt GhamerIn Masfah village, in El Shahid Mohamed Abdel Fatah School, in ball 297 till 300, there are NP People's Assembly members from the same village (Saleh Ebrahim and Abdo Abu Rysha) who are fabricating in the balloting lists themselvesAll electors are prevented from entering in the girls' secondary school, in polling stations 397 to 404, where NP members are fabricating the cards and signing the balloting lists and finger printing instead of the electors. The electors were prevented in) Mytt Nagy, Mytt Abu Khaled, and Kafr El Mohamedya)Intense security has been enforced over Atmida village; there is what could be considered as movement reservation in the village which acquires about 16 thousands votesThe Brotherhood delegates who got arrested are about 63 delegates
